The Consumer Fair and beyond

Trade season moves fast. The Botswana Consumer Fair runs at the Gaborone Fairgrounds in late August, and expos, activations and launches cluster around it. The businesses that stand out are the ones who got their branding brief in early.

We prepare full event packages - everything a stand needs, produced together so that the colours match, the finishes match, and nothing arrives late.

Lead times, artwork and installation

How long does an exhibition stand take to produce?

Lead time depends on the size of the stand and the finishes involved. Bring us your event date and we work backwards from it - the earlier the brief lands, the more production room there is. During trade season, when several exhibitions land at once, book early.

Do you design artwork, or only print supplied files?

Both. We print supplied print-ready artwork, and we also develop artwork from scratch - logo, layout and design - where a client has no files to work from.

Can you handle a full Consumer Fair stand?

Yes. We prepare complete event packages - booth graphics, backdrops, pull-up banners, gazebos, counter branding, handouts, staff apparel and directional signage - produced together so colours and finishes match across every item.

Do you deliver and install?

Finished work can be collected from Main Mall, or delivered and installed where the job calls for it. Confirm which you need when you brief us.
